Hello fellow Texan!

I like the fact that it tests 3 girls friendships because in reality, that happens all the time and I can full sympathize!

The characters all seem like typical good girls dealing with some problems. It will be interesting to see how they get resolved.

Thanks for the giveaway!

In these progressive days I bet that lots of girls are in her shoes. One parent family and she/he is marrying a bimbo or studmuffin. How will she handle it?

The story line sounds as though it might appeal to and help teens that are going through similar circumstances.

Ooh - this sounds really good. I love to cry over books, and you just know that this one is going to be a tear jerker - between her being miserable, her Dad trying to make her like the bimbo, and the fact that he's going to marry the bimbo no matter how she feels.

The theme of friendship really appeals to me. I can picture myself reading this book on the beach this summer!

Thank you!

What appeals to me is the focus on the importance of supportive relationships, especially positive peer relationships and how this can buffer the life stressors that anyone, especially teens can face.
